Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Loxton Cellars. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older. If the shipper is unable to complete delivery due to the inability to obtain a signature, return shipping fees will apply. Wines purchased from are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind our product and will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. Please send an email to winery@loxtonwines.com to arrange for the replacement of corked or flawed product or wines damaged during transit.
Once an order is placed you may cancel at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. If the wine has shipped before cancellation we will be unable to refund shipping fees and a return/cancelled shipment fee may apply.
