Meet the “Dress Code” Team

Susan Graf’s fashion journey began in 1987, when she opened her first boutique in Bern, Switzerland. From the start, her vision was clear—curating clothing and accessories with timeless elegance, impeccable fit, and a touch of modern sophistication. In 1998, Susan brought her style sensibility to Healdsburg, where her boutique quickly became a destination for locals and travelers seeking distinctive fashion. Today, under her “Dress Code” label, Susan designs and sources pieces from around the world, always with an eye for quality and wearability.

Kelly has been part of the Susan Graf story since she was 17, balancing school in Healdsburg with her early days working in the boutique. Now based in San Diego raising two children, Kelly still plays an active role in the business—returning to Healdsburg monthly to re-merchandise the store, refine displays, and collaborate with Susan on buying decisions. Her trained eye and deep understanding of the boutique’s clientele ensure every visit brings fresh inspiration to the shop floor.

The newest member of the team, Dylan, is a Healdsburg local who runs the day-to-day store operations with energy and care. His role extends beyond the boutique—Dylan now joins Susan and Kelly on buying trips, lending his insight to the selection process and ensuring that each piece fits the store’s vision. His approachable style and attention to detail make him a natural fit for the “Dress Code” team.

Together, Susan, Kelly, and Dylan share a passion for fashion and a commitment to creating an experience that feels personal, inspiring, and unmistakably Healdsburg.
